• Departure Time: 8:00 AM (We will start checking your tickets 15 mins early)

• Reporting Time: 7:30 AM

• Destination: JFK Airport, New York

• Estimated Travel Time: 4-5 hours

• Baggage: 1 carry-on bag with 1 baggage is allowed (You need to buy another ticket for 2 bags) (Early Bird Ticket comes with 1 exta bag)

Terms and Conditions for ISC x InsureSpectre Summer Break Bus Service

Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and route.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.

• If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.

Arrival and Reporting:

• Passengers are required to arrive at the departure location 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

• The bus will leave promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided.

Baggage Policy:

• Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage and one checked bag.

• Extra baggage: Passengers wishing to bring an extra bag must pay for an additional seat, subject to availability.

• The first 10 ticket holders are eligible for extra baggage allowance as part of the promotional offer.

Safety and Conduct:

• Passengers must follow the instructions of the bus staff at all times for safety reasons.

• Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, vandalism, or dancing in the bus in any sense through garbage or any other action, is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of $500 and may result in removal from the service without a refund.

Liability:

• ISC and InsureSpectre are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• ISC and InsureSpectre are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Health and Safety:

• Passengers are encouraged to wear seat belts while the bus is in motion.

• Masks and sanitizers are available for passengers upon request.

Changes to Schedule:

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule or route due to unforeseen circumstances. Passengers will be notified promptly of any changes.
